• CMM dimension inspection

• Delivery. Our location in the heart of the Midwest gives us quick access to a large geographic area.
• Surplus. We monitor the surplus aircraft parts market for high-demand, marketable items in serviceable or repairable condition. For each part we acquire, we verify the historical records to ensure airworthiness and traceability.
• Exchange pool. Merrill Aviation can also work with you to establish and maintain an exchange pool of fleet-common, high-demand components. This “one-stop shop” approach allows us to overhaul airframe and powerplant components in less time – leaving you with less AOG situations.
